Where is my order?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing confirmation of shipment. If your order has not been dispatched within a few days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team in order to rectify any issues that may be delaying shipment.

If you have received confirmation of shipment, please allow the following timeframes for delivery before contacting us:

Australia: 5 – 7 Business Days
United States: 2 – 4 Weeks
United Kingdom: 2 – 4 Weeks
Rest of World: 3 – 4.5 Weeks

I would like to cancel or make a change to my order
Please get in touch with our customer service team, quoting your order number. Due to the expedited nature of shipment, it may not always be possible to amend or cancel your order, however we will do our best.

I’ve received faulty or incorrect items
In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is not up to our stringent quality standards, or a member of the Shavershian Fitness team has packed an incorrect item with your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, quoting your order number and providing photos outlining the issue.
